Software Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
MingleCue is browser-based software. No physical goods are shipped. After a trial is approved or payment is confirmed, access instructions are sent to the email address supplied by the customer.
Delivery time
Trial requests are normally answered within two business days. Paid account access is normally delivered immediately after successful payment, but security or verification checks may delay activation. If access is not received, contact support email.
What customers receive
Customers receive access to the plan shown at checkout, including the stated reply-draft allowance, saved brand voices, team seats, and support level for the purchased billing period.
Technical requirements
A current web browser, internet connection, and working email address are required. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to connected third-party social platforms and complying with their terms.
Availability
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control. We aim to provide advance notice of planned material interruptions where practical.
