1. Provider and service
These terms form an agreement between you and registered legal entity, operator of MingleCue. MingleCue is browser-based subscription software that helps authorized users organize social interactions and prepare suggested replies.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration details, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is delivered digitally according to the Software Delivery Policy.
3. Plans, billing, and renewal
Plan price, billing period, currency, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected period until canceled. Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use MingleCue to violate law, harass or deceive people, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized platform access, or publish content you are not permitted to use.
5. Human review
AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing each draft and for all content you choose to publish. MingleCue does not remove your responsibility for customer communications.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content, provide requested features, secure the service, and comply with law. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
7. Third-party platforms
Connected social platforms and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability or policy changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address non-payment or abuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. You may cancel according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Service disclaimers
The software is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular engagement results, or the accuracy of generated drafts.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
