MingleCue is operated by registered legal entity, located at registered business address, country. Privacy requests can be sent to support email.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, work email, organization, plan, and billing records. To provide the software, we may process comments, conversation context, brand guidance, reply drafts, team notes, and related technical metadata submitted or connected by authorized users.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the software, create requested reply drafts, manage accounts and subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Customer content may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure providers solely to generate requested product outputs. We do not sell customer content. We do not use customer content to train public AI models unless the customer gives separate, explicit permission.
5. Service providers
We may use providers for cloud hosting, AI inference, analytics, email, customer support, and payment processing. They process limited information on our behalf under contractual, privacy, and security obligations.
6. Retention
We retain account information while an account is active and afterward only as reasonably required for legal, security, tax, dispute, and operational purposes. Eligible deletion requests can be sent to our support email.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of eligible personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
